Formal Launching of Management Promotion Campaign in CRBBG

On May 29, the mobilization meeting for completely launching Management Promotion Campaign (MPC) was held in the 4th meeting room in CRBBG. The convocation of this meeting indicated the formal start-up of MPC in CRBBG. Huang Zhenyu, Chairman of the Board, Li Zongmin, General Manager, Pan Zhijun, Chief Accountant, Zhang Lin and Dong Yanlu, Deputy General Managers, were present at the meeting. Hong Jun, Secretary of the Party Committee, presided over the meeting.

At the meeting, Chief Accountant Pan introduced the MPC developed in the State-owned Assets Supervision and Administration Commission (SASAC) and in China Railway Group Limited, and read out the "Work Plan of MPC in CRBBG", which made arrangements for completely developing MPC in CRBBG from several aspects, such as guidelines, campaign theme and work principle, work goal and main contents, stage arrangements, organization and leadership, and work requirements.

General Manager Li made a speech with the title "Enhance Basis, Change and Upgrade, Lay A Foundation for Realizing Sustaining, Healthy and Harmonious Development of the Enterprise". He pointed out that in the two years henceforth, the aim of developing MPC in CRBBG is to deeply implement the requirement of SASAC and China Railway Group Limited, further strengthen management of enterprise, solidify development foundation, promote quality of enterprise, and strive for sustaining development of enterprise. Li addressed his requirements from four aspects on how to deeply develop MPC. Firstly, deeply understand the importance of developing MPC. Secondly, make general plan and stage implement to develop MPC in order. Thirdly, give emphases, reinforce measures, and settle self-issues of the enterprise. Fourthly, enhance leadership, organize with elaboration, and ensure the efficiency of MPC.

Secretary Hong addressed in the summing-up that the comprehensive development of MPC had great significance to further strengthen management of enterprise, solidify development foundation and change development mode. According to the general arrangement of SASAC and to realize anticipated aim of the campaign, CRBBG's MPC is divided into three work stages and six work sectors. The first stage is for complete launching and self-diagnosis, from May 2012 to June 2012. The second stage is for special promotion and cooperative advancement, from July 2012 to June 2013. The third stage is for continuous improvement and summarization and evaluation, from July 2013 to February 2014.

Hong stressed that in the MPC, firstly, enhance leadership to ensure ordered development of the campaign; secondly, define responsibilities to ensure implement of the task; thirdly, give emphases to promote management level from all sides; and fourthly, properly handle the relation between MPC and campaign of construction year of executive ability to ensure the smooth development of all works.

All leaders and middle-level cadres of CRBBG and leaders of subsidiary and branch companies attended the meeting.
